About Tyler
Hello, and thank you for visiting my website. I want to use this section to give you more information about my past experience and what qualifies me to be helping you! I started out as a personal trainer loving exercise and pushing humans to their potential. The real part I enjoyed the most about that job was my own hours and working with people. I used those skills to transition into medical sales where I learned a lot about business, sales, and interpersonal skills. With those skills I continued to improve my knowledge around business where I joined Lincoln Financial Group as a Group Benefit Sales representative. This is where I really built my understanding of business and structure. After almost 10+ years in sales I decided to expand from just a W2 Employee and start pushing toward financial freedom. I bought my first home in Baltimore, MD as a 24-year-old scared of the process and the enormous price tag (or what I thought was enormous). After going through the process and owning a home I couldn't believe how exciting it was to really own something such as real estate. From then I've expanded my skills to improving my house by hand and learning each step to what constitutes a home and how they are built. With the knowledge I've learned from that I quickly began investing in real estate with a few friends. This led me to the decision to take my real estate license exam and try to learn more about the process and legalities of what home buying and selling actually is. After passing the exam I decided to jump right in and become a real estate agent and apply the best way I know how to learn; by doing. I currently own two homes, one short term rental and one long term rental.
Although I enjoy Real Estate, I've found that my true passion; while it could have been in expanding a business on my own; is actually helping others grow their own business. I recently began expanding as a consultant and taking on clients. I've helped numerous individuals start and plan their business models anything from creating an LLC, or S Corp., how to go about creating a business, business planning, getting an EIN, applying for credit and anything in between. I really enjoy helping others find their passion when it comes to creating their own business's and branching away from a job they may not enjoy or know that they can achieve their goals outside of. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime with questions.
